Terms of Service

Welcome to jude3project.org, a Jude 3 Project website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to and are bound by all of these terms of use and the associated privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. Jude 3 Project reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time. If we make any changes to our terms of use, we will post the new terms on our Site and update the "last updated" date set forth above. The updated terms of use will govern each use of the Site from the date of update forward. We encourage you to check our terms of use whenever you use the Site.

Visitors are granted access to the Site pursuant to these terms of use. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you shall not, in using the Site, violate any laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@jude3project.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your account is being used in a way that harms Jude 3 Project or other users.

Certain content and features are available only through a paid membership. Membership fees are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor, and by starting a membership you authorize us and our processor to charge the payment method you provide.

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access to member content until then.

Annual payments. If you pay for a year at a time, you may request a full refund within 3 days of that payment. This applies to your first annual payment and to each yearly renewal. After 3 days, annual payments are not refundable. Jude 3 Project is a ministry, and we put every dollar that comes in to work right away, funding the teaching and resources we build for the next generation. Because those gifts go to work so quickly, we are not able to refund annual payments after the 3-day window. To request a refund within that window, email info@jude3project.com.

Monthly payments. Canceling stops future charges. It does not reverse charges for months you have already paid for, so we do not refund past months.

Billing errors. If we billed you twice, or charged you after you canceled, contact us at info@jude3project.com within 30 days of that charge and we will make it right. We are a Christian organization, and we would rather make things right than keep money you did not mean to spend.

We may change membership features, benefits, or pricing from time to time, and we will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Donations to Jude 3 Project, a nonprofit organization, are gifts rather than payments for goods or services, and they are not refundable.

The Site is the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Jude 3 Project and/or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted with respect to the Site are reserved. All content provided through the Site is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.

The Site may provide links to third-party websites. Jude 3 Project is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services provided on or through such third-party websites, and you bear all risks associated with the access and use of such websites and third-party content, products, and services.

You grant Jude 3 Project and its affiliates and assignees a worldwide, perpetual right and license to use in any medium all information and material you submit to or through the Site, including without limitation any comments, posts, questions, or other submissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jude 3 Project, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, due to or arising out of any material that you download or upload, your violation of the terms of use for the Site, or your violation or infringement of any third-party rights.

ANY CONTENT ACCESSED, DOWNLOADED, OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE IS USED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. JUDE 3 PROJECT SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF CONTENT.

JUDE 3 PROJECT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR UPDATES TO, AND MONITOR THE USE OF, THE SITE AND CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUDE 3 PROJECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE DISCLAIMER, EXCLUSION, OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES. TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID, DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING THOSE SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 10 AND 11, DO NOT APPLY, AND ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. We ask that anyone under 13 not use the Site or submit any information to us.

All matters relating to your access to, and use of, the Site and content provided on or through or uploaded to the Site shall be governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or content shall be instituted in a state or federal court located in Duval County, Florida. You and Jude 3 Project agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
