Shipping and returns

Printed to order

Every hoodie and every book in this store is made when you order it. Merch is printed and shipped by Printful; books and curriculum are printed and shipped by our book printer. Each product page shows the estimated shipping cost from the US and the arrival window before you check out.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping and any tax are calculated at checkout from your address. International orders may be charged duties or import taxes by your country on delivery. When your order ships you will get an email with tracking, and every order shows in My Orders on your account.

Returns and replacements

Because each item is made for you, printed-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of size or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Downloads

Digital items are delivered by email and in My Orders within a minute of payment, and they are final. If a file will not open or is faulty, email us and we will fix it.

Members

Jude 3 Project members get a discount on every store item unless a product page says otherwise, applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in. Some downloads are included with membership at no charge.
